Stephen Belcher
Stephen Belcher is a leading healthcare executive with over 25 years of direct experience in building and leading some of the most influential nuclear medicine companies.
In 2022, he became CEO of RLS (USA) Inc., the third-largest nuclear medicine pharmacy network in the United States. As CEO, Stephen is focused on ensuring RLS continues to meet the needs of its customers and other stakeholders, while charting a new path for the company that leads to sustainable, long-term growth and success.
Previously, Stephen served as CEO and Chair of the Board of Perma-Fix Medical, an industry leader addressing the global shortage of Tc-99m in nuclear medicine. He was also a Founder, Principal, and Vice President at Triad Isotopes—now part of Jubilant Radiopharma, the second-largest radiopharmaceutical network in the United States. At Triad, he helped secure over $300 million in growth opportunities. Over his career, he has also served as a board member or advisor to multiple companies across the medical sector.
Trey Bankson
Trey Bankson is a seasoned leader in the radiopharmacy and healthcare industry, with over two decades of experience in managing the day-to-day business operations of leading radiopharmacies across the country.
In 2022, he became COO of RLS (USA) Inc., the third-largest nuclear medicine pharmacy network in the United States. As COO, Trey leads day-to-day operations of the RLS network, while driving organizational alignment, operations strategy, and performance management for all RLS employees.
Bankson joined RLS after most recently serving as an executive healthcare consultant. Previously, he held senior operations roles at a wide range of pharmacies, including major radiopharmacies like Triad Isotopes—now part of Jubilant Radiopharma, the second-largest radiopharmaceutical network in the United States. He holds a BS in Pharmacy from Auburn University and an MS in Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Janet Otts-Watson
Janet Otts-Watson is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in sales and marketing leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. With extensive experience and a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of this specialized field, Janet plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion for RLS. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Janet has established herself as a results-oriented leader. Her strategic mindset, coupled with her comprehensive knowledge of the radiopharmaceutical market, enables her to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies that drive commercial success.
Prior to joining RLS, Janet held senior leadership positions at leading healthcare companies including Jazz Pharmaceuticals, PLC, EUSA Pharma, Bristol Myers Squibb, Glaxo-Smith Kline/Corixa and Sanofi-Synthelabo Pharmaceuticals where she built high-performing sales teams, established strategic partnerships, and expanded market share. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including product positioning, market research, brand management, and customer relationship development.
Janet holds a BS in Business Administration, Cum Laude from University of Alabama and an MBA in Business Administration from Samford University.
Matt Molchan
A highly effective strategist and proven leader with over two decades of experience in nuclear medicine and healthcare, Matt Molchan is the driving force behind RLS’ business development strategy. As a vital member of the RLS executive team, he plays a pivotal role as the company continues to scale and expand into new areas, ranging from clinical trials and CDMO work to PET and patient dose distribution.
Molchan is responsible for setting national, regional and local business development strategy across the RLS network. In addition, he is charged with building and maintaining strategic partnerships between RLS and other industry-leading radiopharmacy firms.
Prior to joining RLS, Molchan served as President and CEO of Digirad, a leading medical device manufacturer and healthcare service provider. He also served as CFO at Ultrascan, a mobile ultrasound service business. Molchan holds a B.S. in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Peter Burke
Peter Burke is a veteran leader with more than 25 years of experience across nuclear pharmacy, radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, cardiac PET, and theranostics. With deep expertise in sales, marketing, and business expansion, Burke brings a proven track record of organizational success.
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at RLS, Burke plays an integral role in the company’s commercial strategy by driving sales growth, market expansion, and customer engagement across the RLS network. He is focused on strengthening the position of RLS in the market while ensuring the company continues to meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers, partners, and patients.
Prior to joining Telix in 2026, Burke served as Vice President of Business Expansion for Ionetix, a Cyclotron and services company specializing in cardiac PET and theranostics. Before that, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for SOFIE (formerly IBA Molecular NA), a leader in commercial radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and research. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at Cardinal Health Nuclear Pharmacy Services (formerly Syncor) in numerous sales, marketing, and operational roles. Burke is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
